HTMS 3120 - FACILITIES MANAGEMENT |
Prerequisite: HTMS 2101 or HOSP 2101. This course studies basic engineering and maintenance aspects of hospitality facilities, including scheduled emergency and preventative maintenance activities. We look at public safety, building codes, equipment selection, and facility design procedures related to the hospitality industry.
