Students develop an understanding of the organizational methods used in two-dimensional artwork.They utilize the elements and principles of design while working in black-and-white and color media. Problem solving processing and research are integrated into the development and evaluation of images. The application of two-dimensional design is analyzed in relation to art and design professions. The significance of presentation and competency with art materials are emphasized. Offered each semester.
