Prerequisite: HTMS 2143, CSIS 1206 This course is designed for the academic researcher as well as practicing manager who use research as part of management or policy in hospitality and tourism. Qualitative and quantitative methods, the collection, analysis and use of both primary and secondary data for report-writing are covered.
